Organic Vegan Walnut Flaxmeal

Organic Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Omega3NutraCleanse®
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp erythritol/monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Lakano Sugar Free Maple Syrup 
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup blueberries 

 

Method:

  1. In a medium pot heat up the almond milk on low heat.
  2. Add all ingredients except the almond butter, walnuts, blueberries and Lakano Sugar Free Maple Syrup, stirring slowly for 5 minutes.
  3. Continue to stir until the flaxmeal looks smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and add in 1 tbsp. of almond butter.
  5. Stir vigorously for 1 minute so it blends well.
  6. Let it stand for 3 minutes to cool down and thicken up.
  7. Pour into a bowl or mug and top with walnuts, blueberries and Lakano Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
