- 3 ripe medium avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- juice from 1 lime
- dash of hot sauce (optional)
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- pink salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup of Omega3NutraCleanse®
- Put avocados, garlic, lime juice, hot sauce, pink salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mash together thoroughly with a potato masher or fork.
- Fold in the rest of the ingredients and add pink salt and pepper to taste.
